Final menu selection is due no later than one week prior to the Event Date. A guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed at least ten (10) business days prior to the Event Date. You will be billed for the guaranteed number of guests or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. If the guaranteed number of guests is less than 50% of the proposed number of guests in the Event Proposal, the price per guest may be increased. We will make every effort to accommodate any last-minute increases to the number of guests.
